Materials and Furnaces
We continuously improve both the production process and the range of products, our goal is maximum satisfaction of our customer’s requirements.
GRAY IRON / Cast iron with lamellar graphite
We produce grey iron by the duplex technology; the iron is first molten in the cupola furnace and then it is modified to the final required quality in the induction furnaces

VERMICULAR IRON / Cast iron with vermicular graphite
Vermicular iron is used especially for parts with special character requirements, e.g. they are exposed to a cyclical thermal stress.

Analysis of molten metal solidification
The inner quality of metal depends not only on chemical composition of metal matrix but on the manufacturing process as well. The method of metal melting, a proportion of metal charge, alloying additives, the velocity of melting, time for which the metal temperature is kept etc. are factors affecting the final metallurgical quality of iron. The melting shop is equipped with an instrument ATAS, a device measuring and evaluating the solidification curves of smelt, to check, stabilize and improve the inner quality of castings.
